@marimascorro You can’t get “stuck” in hypnosis, so as long as you still feel relaxed then it doesn’t really matter.

after the countdown I realized I couldn’t really move, or my mind was kinda resisting, I started twitching and then immediatley snapped out of it, feels weird

Here is what happened with mine…
I didn’t really like it… because I kept thinking of places I could never go to again, and when you told me to imagine myself in 1 year, I got frustrated, and when you told me to imagine in 10 years, I got scared, but when I woke up it was weird, because I couldn’t move.

@MsHumza1 We recommend listening to the weight loss hypnosis session once a day for about a month to allow the hypnotic suggestions to be fully absorbed into the mind.

This is really helping me.. Its given me a different way to look at my motivation for weight loss… I’ve listened to it several times over the past week…. it really sticks in my mind and I don’t feel tempted by cravings.. I feel motivated to “maintain a healthy body” rather than approach weight loss from the standpoint of being healthy at some unknown point in the future.. something just clicks.. Thanks!

hi there….m 24 ,female,n also sufering from depression n due to that i binge eat a lot,i just cant loose weight ,m on n off kind of person once when i was 80 kgsi lost 20 kgs and was around 59 kgs and was healthy n doing gud but due to sme reasons i just m falling in depression n eating a lot,i curse myself al the time for i am overweight,m a very gud lukin person i mean i just need some sort of motivation to loose weight,would this really help??how often should i tune in to it..kindly help

Ok, first go: Drifted in. Felt angry & scared like you were taking me somewhere I didn’t want to go. Felt tense throughout the video (I was lying down in the dark with my eyes closed, with headphones). I experienced creepy sounds & visions. A couple of times the music changed to a demonic sounding choir. Took me a long time to get up at the end. Opened my eyes but my body was still asleep. Took me a few minutes to get up. Verdict: Don’t watch a scary movie before you do this. Will try agin tmoz!

I’m genuinely intrigued. I will let you know if this works on me. I completely believe in the power of hypnotic suggestion. Just a bit sceptical about it working on me.

@oneandonlyIris After a month you will find that your mind has fully taken on the hypnotic suggestions that will help you to lose weight. So you don’t have to listen to the video again unless you feel yourself slipping back into bad habits.
